Once a subscription or software service is purchased, it cannot be canceled or refunded after activation, except in case of a proven technical issue for which Truedata Labs is responsible.

Any refund request must be raised within 7 days of purchase through written communication to
support@truedata.co.in.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Truedata Labs reserves the right to refuse a refund request if there is sufficient evidence of service delivery or usage.
