This Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to the electric vehicle (EV) charging mobile application (“Application”) operated by OneRoof Technologies LLP (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Nature of Services

The Application provides digital services, including:

  • EV charging session initiation and management
  • Wallet-based payments for charging services
  • Access to charging infrastructure operated by third-party providers

As the services offered are intangible and consumption-based, physical returns are not applicable.

2. No Return of Services

  • Once an EV charging session has been initiated or completed, it cannot be returned or reversed.
  • Digital wallet usage, charging consumption, and service access are non-returnable in nature.

3. Wallet Recharges

  • Wallet recharges made through the Application are not eligible for return.
  • Wallet balances may only be used for services available within the Application.

4. Exceptional Scenarios

Returns are not applicable under any circumstances. However, in the event of:

  • Failed charging sessions
  • Duplicate deductions
  • Technical or system-related errors

Users may be eligible for a refund, which shall be governed exclusively by the Refund Policy.

5. Third-Party Dependencies

  • Charging services may be provided by third-party charging station operators.
  • The Company is not responsible for service-level failures beyond its reasonable control.
  • Return requests related to third-party services shall not be entertained.

6. Policy Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes shall be effective upon being updated within the Application or associated platforms.
