These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the electric vehicle (EV) charging mobile application and related services (“Application”) operated by OneRoof Technologies LLP (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, registering, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.

2. Eligibility

• The Application is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
• By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.

3. Scope of Services

The Application enables users to:

• Discover EV charging stations
• Initiate, monitor, and stop charging sessions
• Make payments using a prepaid wallet or supported payment methods
• View transaction history and invoices

The Company does not own or operate all charging stations listed on the Application. Charging services may be provided by third-party charging infrastructure operators.

4. User Account

• Users must register using a valid mobile number and/or email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information at all times.
• The Company shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

5. Wallet and Payments

• The Application provides a digital wallet for facilitating EV charging payments.
• Wallet recharges and payments are processed through Razorpay.
• The Company does not store sensitive payment information such as card or bank details.
• Wallet balances are non-transferable and may be used only within the Application.

6. Pricing and Billing

• Charging tariffs are determined by the respective charging station operators and may vary by location, time, or energy consumption.
• The final amount payable is based on actual energy consumed or charging duration.
• The Company is not responsible for tariff changes made by third-party charging operators.

7. Charging Sessions

• Charging session availability depends on charger status, network connectivity, and power supply.
• The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free charging sessions.
• Users are responsible for ensuring vehicle compatibility with the charging equipment.

8. Cancellations and Session Interruptions

• Charging sessions may be interrupted due to technical issues, power outages, or safety concerns.
• Charges, if any, shall be applied as per actual usage.
• Refunds, if applicable, shall be governed by the Refund Policy.

9. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Use the Application only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse charging infrastructure or Application features
• Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities
• Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations

10. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, logos, software, and intellectual property related to the Application are owned by or licensed to the Company.
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

11. Third-Party Services

• The Application may integrate with third-party services, including payment gateways and charging infrastructure providers.
• The Company shall not be responsible for the acts, omissions, or services of such third parties.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under law:

• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
• The Company is not responsible for vehicle damage, charging delays, or energy supply failures caused by third-party operators.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of:

• Your use of the Application
• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of charging infrastructure

14. Suspension and Termination

• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
• Outstanding wallet balances may be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable regulations.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
