This application was designed especially to prepare and arrange the meeting schedules for the management teams with their investors cohesively. The purpose of the app was to refer, maintain and track the communication and dialogues during these meetings.

Planning meetings becomes easy and pre planned with a secure platform. Features such as schedule meetings, rsvp, reschedule meetings, attach documents, define attendees make it configurable while a unique User Experience makes it mechanical to use the application.

An amazing feature of the application is to automatically share minutes and record the timesheet of the meetings done with the investors to have dynamic reports. This makes it simple to track and trace any information and communication while one can perform useful analysis from the data to implement future actions.
Conclusion
The application was a problem solver for the top level management as it enabled them to be pre planned for their meetings with their investors so also served as a medium to record and manage the important discussions done during those meetings.
