Digital Commerce Setup for Studio Mumbai's No. 1 Colossal Photography
In this project we’ve developed an engaging environment to experience and manage a colossal space where a big variety of shooting related facilities are made available under OneRoof.
About Project
The internal applications developed for the Agent and Staff, facilitates them to manage the studio location where services such as on-location make up artists, costumes, stylists, prop shop, shooting team, assistants are made available to the customers planning a shoot for their event. The applications built are intuitive for the use of members which enables them to track the booking of the sets, props, shoot, food, cottage stay and management payments settlement easily. The application also provides dedicated modules to manage rewards, commissions and offers.
About Problem
Amidst ease in COVID restrictions and relaxations, a trend has been observed in the travel/shooting industry, where people are now flocking to their favorable destinations for shoots. Hence, a centralized management is of utmost importance for them to manage the flow of customers and track their booking schedule
Hence, an online presence to keep a track on the availability of the amenities present in the shooting locations, which were then handled manually and needed investment of a lot of man hours to upkeep the record. All the departments functioned independently and there was minimum sync between them, thereby making it difficult for the stakeholders to overlook.
